The first humans to set foot in Denmark arrived there around 10,000 B.C. after the end of the last Ice Age. That's a really long time ago!! A couple thousand years later, farming was introduced, then bronze, then iron and finally trading was introduced by the Romans. Nowadays, the country is very organized and modern. To get around, most people ride their bikes. In fact, Copenhagen is famous for its biking culture. Over 50% of its citizens commute to work on bikes everyday.
